After shower or before bed: Smooth Sum N Substance Age-Defying Lotion over the body.

Two to three times weekly: Scrub damp hands and feet for 30-60 seconds with Sum N Substance Hand & Foot Scrub, then rinse.

Hands: Apply Sum N Substance Hand Cream after washing, scrubbing or whenever needed.

Feet: Apply Sum N Substance Foot Cream nightly to heels and rough areas.
